Rescheduling Policy
We strive to accommodate your scheduling needs. If you need to reschedule your tour or activity, please review the following guidelines:

Rescheduling Requests:
- All rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to selmen@yourmusicmanager.com. Please include your booking reference number and the name under which the reservation was made.

Rescheduling Fees:
- No Fee: Rescheduling requests made more than 30 days before the scheduled tour or activity date will incur no additional fees.
- Minor Fee: Rescheduling requests made between 14 and 30 days before the scheduled tour or activity date may incur a minor fee to cover administrative costs.
- Significant Fee: Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the scheduled tour or activity date will incur a significant fee, depending on the tour or activity.

Availability:
- Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, but we cannot guarantee availability for all dates.

Multiple Rescheduling:
- Multiple rescheduling requests for the same booking may incur additional fees.

Non-Reschedulable Services:
- Certain services and special offers may not be eligible for rescheduling. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Emergency Situations:
- In case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling without additional fees.
